Refund policy

At Adithi Millets, we take pride in the quality and freshness of every pack we ship. Here's how we handle returns and refunds:

We will replace or refund if:

• You receive a damaged, tampered, or leaking pack
• The wrong product was delivered
• The pack is past its best-before date at the time of delivery

Please note (food hygiene compliance):

• Opened packs cannot be returned or exchanged — this is for the safety of all our customers
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the issue
• Perishable goods are not eligible for returns once accepted in good condition

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
