Our pasta is prepared using wood fire before being sun-dried in a clean environment. This traditional process is part of the care that goes into every batch of Adithi Millets pasta, bringing patient preparation to a familiar family favourite.

Seven millets in your macaroni

The pasta contains a 40% blend of finger, pearl, kodo, barnyard, little, foxtail and sorghum millet flours, alongside 50% whole wheat flour. It is an easy way to bring different grains into your meals in a familiar macaroni shape.

Ingredients

Pasta: Multi millet blend (40%) (finger millet flour, pearl millet flour, kodo millet flour, barnyard millet flour, little millet flour, foxtail millet flour and sorghum millet flour), whole wheat flour (50%), besan gram flour, cluster bean powder and iodized salt.

Masala: Mixed spices (49.59%) (coriander seeds powder, red chilli powder, onion powder, garlic powder, ginger powder, cumin, turmeric, curry leaves, fennel seeds, black pepper, cassia, bay leaves, fenugreek, star anise, clove and nutmeg), iodized salt, unrefined cane sugar and acidity regulator (INS 330).

How to enjoy

Storage and shelf life

Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, heat and moisture. After opening, reseal tightly or transfer unused dry pasta to an airtight container. Use clean, dry utensils. Follow the best-before date printed on your pack.
